We are a family of artisan ice-cream makers whith an innate passion for the art of Italian Gelato. After many years of experience in this field and many big successes that we gained in the management of our ice-cream parlours, we took the significant decision to share some of our valuable knowledge with the ice-cream manufacturers by providing high quality Gelato Mixes.

Our laboratory is situated in the heart of SALENTO (South-East Italy), a region rich in traditions and proud of its many famous Gelato Makers who have distinguished themselves for their creativity and the quality of their Ice Creams
