SORBET MIX 200gr.

Ready made powder mix for making 750gr. (7 Servings) of extraordinary italian lemon sorbet, without using milk or cream. Just dissolve in water and and add fresh lemon juice.It can be prepared with any Ice Cream Maker o Kitchen Robot.

With this sorbet mix it is possible to make any fruit sorbet by just adding water and fresh fruit. It is suitable to obtain the following sorbets: lemon sorbet, orange sorbet, watermelon sorbet, peach sorbet, strawberry sorbet, figs sorbet, kiwi sorbet any many more

SORBET RECIPE

1 SORBET MIX, 350 ml Water, 200ml lemon juice

Pour the content of the sachet into a bowl, add 500ml water and 200ml of freshly sqeezed lemon juice. Dissolve thoroughly using a hand held whisk. Leave the mixture to stand for 15min and pour into the ice cream maker.
