NERO +PLUS
Nero +Plus is a ready made Gelato Base which is used to create
various kinds of bitter chocolate flavoured ice-cream by just adding
warm water, self choosen aromas and without pasteurization.
It is a gelato base studied in order to facilitate the creativity
of ice cream makers in preparing bitter chocolate flavoured ice-creams
with the following flavours: sour cherry, banana, orange, strawberry,
berries, mint, croccantino al rhum, almonds and figs, amaretto, torrone, etc...
