Our soy ice cream mix is a ready-made powdered gelato base to be prepared by just adding water and without pasteurization.

You will obtain a high quality plain & white soy ice cream , with a little aftertaste of vanilla, very cream, tasty and very digestible. It maintains is freshness and structure in the display window for very long time.

The soy mix does not contain any sugar (saccharose) and it is made exclusively with fructose and inulin, which makes it suitable for a low glicemic diet.

From the base of this soy mix it is possible to obtain any soy ice cream flavour by just adding the desidered flavour paste.

Our selcetion of soy ice cream mixes includes also the cappucino soy ice cream mix, and the cocoa soy ice cream mix.
